The 12 Days of Fitness Challenge is a fun spin on the song "The 12 Days of Christmas!" It's a fun way to challenge yourself and build up the mental toughness you need to stick with a fitness program for the rest of the year! End 2021 off strong and set the pace for 2022. Join the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge and build the discipline you NEED for the body you WANT! How it works: Just like the song, each day you'll count up and then count down. For example: Day1: 1 burpee Day2: 2 squats, 1 burpee Day3: 3 jumping jacks, 2 squats, 1 burpee Day4: 4 pushups, 3 jumping jacks, 2 squats, 1 burpee Get it? On day 12, submit your time and get entered into a raffle for a $25 gift card to our merch store! Let's gooooo!!!
